Roasted chicken fillet with onion cream
Ingredients
- 1 kg of chicken fillet
- Oregano
- 1 lemon juice
- 100g of chopped olives
- 2 packets of onion cream
- 400 g mayonnaise
Way of doing
- Spread the lemon juice on the fillets
- Pierce the chicken fillets and put pieces of olive inside them
- After that pass the fillets in the onion cream on one side and the other.
- Arrange the fillets on a baking sheet
- Spread mayonnaise over them and sprinkle with oregano.
- Place in a hot oven to bake until golden.
- You don’t need to add salt because the onion cream already contains enough and not even oil to grease the mold, the mayonnaise plays this role when it melts
