Chicken Fillet with Cream of Corn Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg of chicken fillet
  • 2 jars of cream cheese
  • 2 cans of green corn
  • 2 packages of onion cream
  • Milk

PREPARATION MODE

  • Open the cans of corn, remove all the liquid and fill each can with the milk.
  • In a large container, place the two pots of curd, the corn with the milk and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous cream.
  • Dip the chicken fillets in the onion cream (on both sides).
  • In a form, place half of the fillets, add half of the cream of corn and spread with a spoon.
  • Place the other half of the chicken and add the remaining cream on top.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
  • Remove the aluminum foil, increase the oven to 220ºC and leave it for 5 to 8 minutes just to brown it.
