Ingredients

  • 5 thick chicken breast fillets
  • salt to taste
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs
  • frying oil
  • 1 cup ready-made tomato sauce (canned or homemade)
  • mozzarella cheese to cover

Way of doing

  • Season the chicken with salt, lemon, black pepper and garlic In a deep dish, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
