Grilled chicken fillet with herb sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets (800g)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of dry white wine
  • 4 tablespoons of chopped fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives, oregano, marjoram, sage, tarragon, etc.)

Preparation mode

  • Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a thick pan with oil and brown the fillets for 3 minutes on each side or until golden.
  • Transfer to a platter and keep warm. In the pan in which you fried the fillets, melt the butter and drizzle with the wine.
  • Add the herbs and mix.
