Grilled chicken fillet with herb sauce
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets (800g)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of dry white wine
- 4 tablespoons of chopped fresh herbs (basil, parsley, chives, oregano, marjoram, sage, tarragon, etc.)
Preparation mode
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat a thick pan with oil and brown the fillets for 3 minutes on each side or until golden.
- Transfer to a platter and keep warm. In the pan in which you fried the fillets, melt the butter and drizzle with the wine.
- Add the herbs and mix.
- Pour over the chicken and serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings
