DELICIOUS ICE CAKE
– Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 2 cups of wheat
- 1 spoon of baking powder
– Way of doing:
In the battery, I put the eggs and sugar first, and beat for 10 minutes. Then, little by little, I alternate the orange juice and the sifted flour with the baking powder and stir gently until everything is mixed. I put it in a greased and floured shape, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°.
– For the syrup, mix in a container:
1 condensed milk
1 cream
200ml of milk
After roasting, I pierce it all over with a fork and pour all the syrup evenly little by little until it is all absorbed by the cake.
You can finish with coconut or powdered milk on top (I used half of each). Let it freeze for at least 4 hours and that’s it.
