SUPER EASY SOFT CAKE
– Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour (wheat)
- 4 cups of milk (tea)
- 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 eggs
– Preparation mode:
In the blender, beat the milk with the condensed milk until it forms a homogeneous liquid. Then add the sugar, eggs, butter and beat well.
Finally, with the blender on, add the wheat flour little by little. Beat well, for about 2 minutes, until the flour has been completely incorporated.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured form. Bake the cake in a preheated medium oven for 45 minutes or until golden.
– Tip: As this cake doesn’t have yeast, you don’t have to worry if it will smudge.
