DELICIOUS PASSION FRUIT CAKE
– Ingredients:
- 3 cups of flour (wheat)
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup (tea) milk
- 3/4 cup (tea) of oil
- 1 pack of passion fruit gelatin
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
– Topping ingredients:
1 cup pure passion fruit juice
1 box of condensed milk
– Cake preparation method:
In a bowl, add the eggs, and sugar and beat with a wire whisk (fout) until well blended.
Then add the oil, and the passion fruit gelatin and mix well.
Add the milk, mix, and add all the wheat flour.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently until well combined.
Pour this dough into a greased and floured shape (25 cm in diameter).
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
– Coverage preparation:
In a bowl, combine the passion fruit juice with the condensed milk. Mix well until creamy. Then just drizzle the cake with this syrup.
– TIP: To make the cake even more beautiful, you can cook the pulp of 1 passion fruit with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water and sprinkle over the frosting, just like the photo
