SWEET CORN CAKE WITH GUAVA PASTE

– Ingredients:
- 1 egg
 - 1 cup (American) milk
 - 1 cup (American) cornmeal
 - 1 cup (American) sugar
 - 1/2 cup (American) oil
 - 1 cup (American) wheat flour
 - 1 spoon of baking powder
 - guava in pieces
 - fennel to taste
 
– Preparation mode:
Mix the egg, milk, oil, sugar, and cornmeal in a blender and beat well. Pour the mixture into a bowl, and mix with the flour and baking powder.
Pour the dough in a greased shape with butter and flour, and add a layer of guava. Repeat this process until the entire shape is filled. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 40 minutes.
