INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 packet of onion cream

  • 1 can of canned corn with peas
  • 1 can of corn/peas
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 2 small carrots, cooked and chopped
  • 1 to mincemeat
  • 1 box of optional sour cream
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 300 g sliced ​​mozzarella
  • olive oil to taste

PREPARATION MODE

Season the meat with lemon juice, onion cream and seasonings to taste.
In a pan, brown the onion in the oil.
Add the seasoned ground beef and sauté just until the beef is cooked. You don’t have to let it dry completely.
Add the corn with the peas, the tomato paste, the oregano, the carrots, the chives, the chopped parsley, the black pepper, the olives and the tomato and let it cook a little.
Turn off the heat, add the cream (optional) and mix well. Reserve.
Cook the potatoes in salted water, drain and mash them.
In a pan, over low heat, mix the mashed potato with the salt and olive oil to taste.
On a platter, make a layer of mashed potatoes, a layer of mozzarella and a layer of sauce.
Repeat the three layers above and top with a layer of mozzarella.
Bake in a preheated oven until the mozzarella melts.
