Cassava ESCONDIDINHO WITH MINCED MEAT
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of cooked cassava (I pressure cook for 5 minutes)
- 1 spoon of butter
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of dried onion
- 1 box of sour cream (200g)
- 200ml of milk
- 500g ground beef sauce
- Mozzarella to taste
- cherry tomato to taste
PREPARATION MODE
Cook the cassava in the pressure cooker for 5 minutes
While the cassava is still hot, mash it to make a puree.
In a pan we will melt the butter, sauté the dehydrated onion;
Add the cream and then the cooked and mashed cassava, mix and then add the milk.
After it gets very creamy, put it in a refractory changing the layers of cassava and the ground meat sauce.
At the end, just put cheese on top, cherry tomato and take it to the oven for fixings.
