Pasta with fricassee sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/3 of a package of pasta of your choice
- 1 large chicken breast, cut into squares
- 1 box of sour cream
- 1 can of corn
- 100g of cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 spoon of butter
Preparation mode:
Cook the macaroni and set it aside.
In a blender, beat the cream and corn.
In a pan, place the butter, onion and let it fry, then add the chicken and the tomato sauce and salt and seasoning to taste and let it cook, then put the cream from the blender and the cottage cheese.
Let it cook one more time and add the noodles, stir lightly so it doesn’t stick until mixed with the sauce.
In a refractory place the macaroni, grated cheese to taste or mozzarella and take it to the oven for fixings for 10 min at 180 C°, then decorated with potato straw! It’s perfect! Enjoy!
