CHICKEN FRICASSÊ – PRACTICAL AND TASTY
Ingredients:
- 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 can of corn without the water
- 1 cup light curd
- 1 box of sour cream
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Straw potato or sweet potato straw (100 grams)
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
Way of doing:
Beat in the blender: the corn with the cream and the curd, set aside. Doure the garlic with the onion and add the shredded chicken, season with salt and pepper, add the ingredients blended in the blender and stir well on low heat for 5 minutes , parsley to taste.
On a platter add all the chicken, put the mozzarella on top and the potato straw or sweet potato straw on top, take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes
