Ingredients for stuffed potato with chicken, broccoli, cheese and bacon
- 4 whole potatoes
- 1 and 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fried bacon in cubes for sprinkling
Filling
- 2 cups of cooked chicken (cooked)
- 1/2 cup green corn (drained)
- 1/2 cup broccoli (cooked and chopped)
- 1 packet of powdered vegetable stock
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
Preparation mode
Wash the potatoes and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until al dente. Remove and wait for them to warm. With the Turning Knife, remove the lid from the potatoes. Immediately afterward, carefully, use the sharp tip of the knife to remove the pulp and reserve them. For the stuffing, shred the chicken and chop the broccoli, then mix them with the green corn and the curd. Divide this mixture between the potatoes. Sprinkle with the mozzarella and bake in a preheated medium oven for 10 minutes or until golden. Remove, sprinkle with bacon and serve.
