Ingredients for stuffed potato with chicken, broccoli, cheese and bacon

  • 4 whole potatoes
  • 1 and 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fried bacon in cubes for sprinkling

Filling

  • 2 cups of cooked chicken (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup green corn (drained)
  • 1/2 cup broccoli (cooked and chopped)
  • 1 packet of powdered vegetable stock
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese

Preparation mode

Wash the potatoes and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until al dente. Remove and wait for them to warm. With the Turning Knife, remove the lid from the potatoes.
