Creamy Chicken Pie Recipe, A Delight!! AMAZING
Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of milk tea
- 1/2 teacup of oil
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- oregano (to taste)
- 1 pinch of salt
FOR THE FILLING
- 500g skinless chicken breast
- 500ml of chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 skinless and seedless tomatoes
- 1 teacup of peas
- chopped olives (to taste)
- Salt and black pepper to taste)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 200g sliced mozzarella
HOW TO MAKE FAST CHICKEN PIE
DOUGH PREPARATION METHOD
In the blender, beat the eggs, milk and oil, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Add the wheat flour and salt and beat some more.
Finally, add the baking powder and beat quickly, just to mix.
Pour half of the dough into a greased and floured shape.
Spread the chicken filling and on top, place generous spoonfuls of cream cheese.
Cover with the slices of mozzarella and put the rest of the dough.
Sprinkle with oregano to taste and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven, wait to cool and serve.
CHICKEN FILLING PREPARATION METHOD
In a pan, place the chicken breast and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil until the meat is cooked and tender.
Turn off the heat, drain the chicken and reserve 1 cup of the cooking broth.
Shred the chicken and set it aside.
In another pan, brown the onion and garlic in the oil.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they break down.
Add the shredded chicken breast, reserved stock, peas and olives and mix.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and let it cook until the stuffing is dry.
Wait for it to cool completely before using it in the filling.
