Pork loin stuffed with cheese and bacon ?❤️
Ingredients:
- 1 kg loin of poco
- 15 to 20 slices of sliced cheese
- 15 to 20 slices of bacon
- Olive oil
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of chili paste
- 1 glass of white wine
- Salt and pepper
- Oregano or another seasoning to taste
Way of doing:
Add the garlic, paprika, oil and seasonings. Mix well. Wrap the loin in this paste and let it rest for a few hours.
Bake on a tray where the wine and a little water were placed. When almost done, cut the loin into slices, but do not cut completely.
Place a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon on each cut piece. Place back in the oven until the bacon is golden and the cheese is melted.7
