Chocolate Truffle with Strawberry Filling and Spectacular Condensed Milk ❤
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (tea) whey-free cream
- 1 envelope strawberry-flavored gelatin
- 2 1/2 cups white chocolate (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of strawberry essence
- 300 g milk chocolate, chopped
- 300 g semisweet chocolate, chopped
Preparation mode:
Bring the cream and gelatin powder to a boil.
Stir constantly until it starts to boil.
Remove from heat and place the pan in a bowl of cold water to reduce the heat of the mixture.
Add the melted white chocolate and mix well.
Add the essence and mix again, put it in the fridge in a shallow container or in the freezer if you are in a hurry.
When it is firmer, shape the truffles and bathe with the two dark chocolates melted together in a warm bain-marie.
Let it dry and decorate as you wish.
