CARAMELIZED COCONUT BULLETS (BAIANA BULLETS OR EGG BULLETS) ❤
INGREDIENTS:
BULLET:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 100 g unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon (dessert) margarine
SYRUP:
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- 3 tablespoons full of white vinegar (alcohol)
PREPARATION MODE:
- Put the condensed milk, coconut and margarine in a pan.
- Mix well and bring to the fire, stirring until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
- Let cool, roll up and set aside
SYRUP:
In another pan, add the sugar and vinegar and let it boil until it comes to a boil.
In a rectangular aluminum shape, with the help of a fork, pass the candies in the syrup and put it to dry in the shape.
After cooling, pack in plastic and dry packaging
