LEMON TRUFFLE ❤
Ingredients:
- 500 g of white chocolate
- 1 box of sour cream
- 1 lemon jello (Royal)
- 1 dessert spoon of corn glucose
- 2 lemons.
Preparation mode:
Melt the white chocolate until it is very smooth; Add the corn glucose and stir;
Add the cream and mix well until completely incorporated into the chocolate;
Dissolve the lemon gelatin with 4 tablespoons of hot water; After dissolved, mix the chocolate and finally the juice of the strained lemons and stir well;
Then just fill the cones;
This recipe yields 31 to 34 45-gram truffles.
Note: If you think you need more juice, just add to the taste.
Obs: For the cones, I use Harald white chocolate top.
