  6. Melt the chocolate and temper if necessary, if it’s the icing it doesn’t need to be tempered.
  7. With the help of a glove, wet your hands with the chocolate and roll the brigadeiro balls, so that it is all covered but it has a very thin cone, and the rice flakes shape still remains in the brigadeiro!
  8. Let the chocolate harden, and you’re done!
