FANTASTIC ANGEL SAUCE CANnelloni
Ingredients
- 1/2 package angel hair pasta
- 200 g sliced mozzarella
- 300 g sliced ham
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 spoon corn oil
- 3 glasses of whole milk
- salt to taste
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- oregano to taste
- 1 package of ready-made sauce 4 cheeses
PREPARATION MODE
Cook the pasta in water, salt and oregano for five minutes.
Drain and reserve
Fry the onion in butter and oil until golden, lower the heat
Mix the wheat and gradually add the milk, so as not to clump, stirring constantly until the flour is well cooked and the white sauce forms.
Add the prepared sauce and mix well.
Adjust salt and add pepper if you like.
Finish with freshly grated nutmeg
Reserve
Mount:
On overlapping slices of ham and cheese, roll a portion of about 2 tablespoons of macaroni, making a cannelloni-like roll.
Repeat the process until a refractory is lined.
If desired, the rolls can be cut in half to better accommodate the pyrex
Cover with the white sauce and oregano and ready
