Cauliflower au gratin the fashion
INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 50 g grated cheese
- 200 g of mozzarella
- green smell
- 1 chopped tomato
- margarine to grease
PREPARATION METHOD
Cook the cauliflower with salt until very tender.
Drain and place in a greased shape with margarine.
Add the curd (spread spoonfuls)
Beat the eggs and add 25 g of grated cheese, parsley and tomato
Sprinkle the beaten eggs over the cauliflower.
Top with the mozzarella, sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese.
Put it in the oven for au gratin and that’s it.
