Baked Potatoes WITH BACON
Ingredients
- 10 large potatoes
- 3 Knorr or Maggi bouillon cubes
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Cream
- 2 boxes of sour cream
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 200 g of ham
- 200 g of mozzarella
- 1 coffee spoon of Bahia seasoning
- 1 coffee spoon of oregano
- green smell to taste + 200 g of mozzarella for the topping
Way of doing:
Cut the potatoes into thick slices, cook with 3 Knorr bouillon cubes and the salt, cook for about 15 minutes, do not let them get too soft
Drain and reserve
Cream
In a bowl, place the boxes of cream, add the cream cheese, add the Bahian seasoning, green smell to taste, the mozzarella and the chopped ham and a little oregano, stir and make a thick cream
Mounting
Grease a refractory with margarine, line the bottom with the 1st layer of potatoes, pour a drizzle of olive oil over the potatoes, pour part of the cream on top cover with mozzarella, repeat the cream again with the potatoes, cover with mozzarella and put oregano
Bake in a preheated oven until the mozzarella is evenly melted and a few dark spots on top.
Additional Information
The drizzle of olive oil over the potatoes gives it a very special flavor. Don’t forget to put it.
