After cooking and mashing the potatoes, add the egg and grated cheese.
Mix well and add the flour little by little until firm.
The 1st time I made it, I used 3 cups of flour, the 2nd time I had to put 4 Spread flour on the table and take small portions of dough
Make long rolls with your hands and cut small portions to form the gnocchi In a pan, boil water and add a drizzle of oil.
When it boils, put the gnocchi gently so it doesn’t stick.
When the gnocchi float will be ready
Do not put too many gnocchi in the pan at the same time, as they will stick together.
Sauce
Chop the onion and bacon to your preferred size.
Fry well, until the bacon starts to brown.
Add the sauce and spread over the gnocchi.
Stir gently so as not to crush it.
