SPECTACULAR DIVINE POTATO LAZANA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of potato
- salt

- 1 can of tomato paste
- 1 American glass of water
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- Black pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley and coriander
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small pepper
- 1 tomato
- 250 g pitted olives

- 500 g of ham
- 400 g of mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese to top
PREPARATION MODE
Cut the potatoes into thick strips and cook in a large pot with 1 liter of water
Blend all the sauce ingredients in a blender, except the olives.
Once the potatoes are cooked, place them in a refractory, alternating between the stuffing and the sauce.
Top with a little of the sauce and Parmesan cheese. Put it to brown and that’s it.
