INGREDIENTS:

Pasta:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • pinch of salt

The stuffing I used:

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1 large potato
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 chuchus
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bunch of green smell
  • smelling pepper

PREPARATION MODE:

All minced, cook the potato with the carrot and the chayote for 2 minutes until it boils.

Turn off and drain in the sieve, then add the raw zucchini and the other things (without the eggs)

Put enough oil to hydrate everything, a little salt and chimi churry, mix very well and finish with the eggs.

I don’t like it but you can also use corn, vegetable selection, peas etc.

Pasta:

Blend everything, leaving the yeast last, which should be placed at the end, activating the pulse just to mix.

In a greased and floured pan, pour 2/3 of the dough, put the vegetable stuffing and finish covering.

Gently mix the dough with the vegetables to even out well and not leave parts without filling, finish sprinkling grated cheese or some dry seasoning if you want.
