Miner Tropeiro beans ?

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 kg of pork loin meat;
 - 1 kg of toasted cassava flour;
 - Garlic;
 - 1 chopped onion;
 - 500 g of chopped bacon;
 - Green smell to taste;
 - 2 kg of string beans;
 - Salt to taste;
 - 1 pinch of sugar.
 
PREPARATION MODE:
- Put the beans on the fire to cook; In a pan, fry the bacon. Reserve;
 - Form a paste with the garlic and salt and season the minced meat;
 - Fry the onion with the bacon fat. Add some sugar and let it brown;
 - Add the meat and let it fry;
 - After the meat is fried, add the already cooked beans, the crackling, the chopped green smell and, finally, the manioc flour, always stirring with a wooden spoon until the mixture is homogeneous;
 - Leave on the fire for a few minutes before turning off.
 - Serve the tropeiro beans with rice or in barbecues.
