Easy Ground Beef Meatball
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g of minced meat
- 1 medium onion grated
- 1 cup (tea) of ground ham
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup (tea) breadcrumbs
- Frying oil
Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons of margarine
- 1 onion grated
- 2 cups of pomarola tomato sauce
- salt to taste
- 150 g grated mozzarella
PREPARATION MODE:
In a large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients.
Then take a tablespoon full of this dough, knead and turn it into meatballs.
Heat the oil and then fry them until golden. Remove from oil and set aside.
In a pan put the margarine and wait for it to melt, add the onion and let it soften.
Add all the other sauce ingredients and as soon as it starts to boil, add the meat fritters.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
Serve it hot.
TIPS
Serve with pasta with sugo and basil.
