Delicious Meat Croquette
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g ground beef (already cooked and seasoned)
- 600ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 cups (American) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (American) corn starch
- Pepper Sauce to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- Parsley and chives to taste
PREPARATION MODE:
- After sautéing the meat, add all the ingredients, except the wheat flour and cornstarch, and let it boil until it boils.
- Then, after boiling, turn off the heat and add the flour and cornstarch.
- Turn the heat back on and stir for about 5 to 6 minutes without stopping.
- After cooking, place the dough on a board and dissolve with a spatula until it cools.
- Make the balls, pass them in milk and breadcrumbs.
