BANANA PAVE WITH dulce de leche
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup (tea) of condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 cups (tea) milk
- 2 gems
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 3 cups buttered milk donuts
- 4 sliced bananas
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 cups of dulce de leche (creamy milk)
- Crushed cashews for garnish
PREPARATION MODE:
Place the condensed milk, the cornstarch dissolved in the milk, the yolks and the butter in a pan over medium heat, stirring until it thickens. Turn off the heat, add the essence and mix. In a refractory, make layers of white cream, donuts, banana watered with lemon juice and dulce de leche. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, ending with dulce de leche. Decorate with chestnuts and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
