Paçoquinha pave with White Chocolate ❤
➡️Ingredients:
■500ml of milk
□2 Tablespoons of corn starch
■500ml of sour cream
□1 can of condensed milk
■2 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
□1 cup of crumbled paçoca
■400g of malted biscuits or cornstarch
➡️ White Ganache:
♤200g white chocolate
♡ 100ml sour cream
➡️ Preparation Mode ?:
✔ Dissolve the cornstarch with some milk and pour it into a pan, add the milk + the cream + the condensed milk + the butter and the crumbled paçoca. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens, let it cool.
✔ With the paçoca cream already cold, make a layer on a platter + a layer of biscuit. Repeat the process until you run out of paçoca cream and cookies (no need to wet them).
✔ Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and mix with the milk cream until it becomes a creamy ganache, throw it over the pave. Decorate with paçocas and take the fridge for 3 hours.
