LEMON CAKE ❤

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 American cup of oil
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 1 pack of lemon gelatin
- 1 packet of lemon cake mix
- 1 dessert spoon of yeast

- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 lemon
? PREPARATION METHOD
Beat the eggs, yogurt, oil, gelatin and cake mix in a blender. Add the yeast and mix well. Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes, or until golden.

Put the milk in a bowl, squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and mix well. Place in the fridge and reserve. Remove the cake from the oven after baking, let it cool, then cover the cake with the icing. To garnish, sprinkle lemon zest on top of the frosting to taste.
