Waltz Dream Dessert is Incredible! ❤
- 1 box of condensed milk
- 1 box of sour cream
- 1 tsp of cornstarch
- 2 yolks (sifted)
- 350ml of milk
- 5 CS of nest milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- 10 chocolates (I used waltz dream)
Whipped cream to decorate
– Put the first 7 ingredients in the pan and mix well until the starch dissolves.
– Turn on the low fire and keep stirring when the cream starts to release bubbles and thicken, stir for another 5 minutes and turn off.
– Debt 8 chocolates in half or as you prefer.
– Put half of the cream still hot on a platter, arrange the chocolates cut and put the other part of the cream.
– Leave it in the fridge with an insulfilm glued to the cream until it cools down completely and gets firm.
– For the chantininho, I beat 500ml of whipped cream with 4 CS of nest milk until firm.
– When it cools down, decorate with chantininho, take it to the fridge to get cold and serve.
