Wonderful condensed milk pudding ?♥
Syrup
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
Pudding - 1 cx of condensed milk
- 2 ex milk (measure with the condensed milk box)
- 4 eggs
Preparation method
Syrup ?
– In a pan, put the sugar and leave it on low heat until it melts completely, as soon as it melts, add the water (be careful at this point because it will bubble
and it can burn your hand), after you add the water, leave it on low heat for a little longer, when it starts to thicken and the caramel has melted, put it in your shape.
Pudding ?
– Beat all ingredients in the blender for about 3 minutes.
– After hitting, put it in the shape already greased with the caramel, put aluminum foil on top of the form and bake in a bain-marie in the medium oven,
by +/- 1:30. ?? When you look up and it’s already firm, it’s ready.
